Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Yerbapps LLC's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Yerbapps LLC at any time. TopLikers is an iOS application that analyzes engagement on Instagram posts. The App logs into Instagram through the official Instagram website and fetches data about who likes posts on any profile you can view, providing insights about engagement patterns. The App performs read-only operations and does not modify your Instagram account.
By signing up for a subscription with Yerbapps LLC, you authorize Yerbapps LLC to charge you on a recurring basis in accordance with your selected plan. You agree to recurring billing and understand that you will be billed according to your subscription terms for the Software provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment method provided is valid and can be charged. If for any reason a payment fails, your access to Yerbapps LLC services may be suspended or terminated.
The free version of the App allows you to analyze a limited number of posts per 24-hour period (currently 25) with a single Instagram account. These limits may be adjusted at our discretion.
Premium subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis and include:
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
All subscription purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
The Software is an independent software application developed by Yerbapps LLC. The Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, licensed by, or in any way officially connected with Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., or any of their parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates. All platform names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.
You expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that:
Assumption of Risk: By using the Software, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with using third-party software to interact with Instagram. These risks include, without limitation: account warnings, temporary or permanent feature restrictions, reduced content visibility (commonly referred to as "shadowbanning"), account suspension, account termination, loss of account access, loss of followers, loss of content, and any other action Instagram may take against your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Yerbapps LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and liabilities of any kind or nature, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with:

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data stored locally on your device and data transmitted to our backend servers for service operation, usage tracking, and subscription management.
You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to preserve. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from app deletion, device loss, or other circumstances.
Yerbapps LLC may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms, and these Terms shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Software.
